The Mega Catch uses group buying to offer mega deals of 50% off or more on a variety of products and services in your city. We work with the featured business to bring them a minimum number of buyers and bring you a spectacular deal.
How can I get all The Mega Catch deals?
Explore the featured deals by visiting www.themegacatch.com to create your account and enter your email address, user name, personal information, and choose the cities that are closest to you. Do I have to sign up people I know to get the deal?
Not necessarily because with our members, the group is large enough. But you will most likely want to invite your friends and family to get in on the discount! Send them the deal through your personal sharing link and you’ll also get $10 credit when they make their purchase. The sky’s the limit!
I want to get today’s deal, how do I get it?
When a deal has caught your eye, simply click on the Buy Now! button before the offer ends. Make sure that you tell your friends and family because the deal is only activated once a minimum number of people purchase the deal.

When will I get my voucher?
Once the deal has ended, you’ll receive an email that includes a link to print your voucher. You can also log into your account and go to My Purchases and print it directly from there. Note that vouchers are only available after the deal closes.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note that CIBC prevents online merchants from processing Visa debit cards.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once the deal has ended.
Can I cancel my purchase or be reimbursed if I change my mind?
You can cancel your purchase as long as the deal is open. Simply log in your online account (https://www.themegacatch.com/login), select My Account/My Purchases. Next to your purchase, a Cancel button will be displayed. It is not possible to cancel a purchase once the deal is closed and your credit card has been charged.
What happens if the deal doesn’t reach its minimum number of buyers?
In order for the deal to be activated, it needs to reach the minimum number of buyers and everyone’s a winner. Unfortunately, if there are not enough people, the deal does not tip and no one will be charged. So if you really want to make sure to get your deal, spread the news and make sure your friends and family buy!
I bought a deal; do I have to use it right away?
Feel free to redeem your voucher whenever it’s convenient for you! Actually, vouchers cannot be redeemed until the day after the offer has ended. Just be sure to use it before the expiry date that is printed on the voucher.
If I don’t use the full value of the voucher, can I use the rest later?
The full value of the voucher must be fully redeemed at the time of the transaction. If there’s still an amount remaining, why not treat someone else?
Can I combine my voucher with another promotion?
No, the voucher cannot be combined with other specials going on at that time.
How do I use my voucher?
For most vouchers, you can simply present the printed voucher at the place of business to redeem it. Please pay close attention to the conditions printed on the vouchers, as you may need to make a reservation to redeem some vouchers. All other conditions that may apply will be printed on the voucher.
What happens if my voucher expires?
No worries! Once the voucher reaches its expiration date, the voucher’s value loses its promotional value but can still be redeemed for the equal value of its face value (the amount that you had paid).
What happens if the business of my voucher goes out of business?
Fret not! The Mega Catch vouchers are always guaranteed! In the rare case that a business closes before you even get the chance of redeeming your voucher, we will issue credits to your account and you can apply them to any other deal that you catch. For further information, please read our Refund Policy.
Are taxes and tips included in the price?
Taxes and/or tips are not included in our deals, unless it’s specifically mentioned on the voucher.
Can I give a deal as a gift for someone else?
For sure! Everyone loves to get a gift, so why not make it one from The Mega Catch?! When you are making your purchase, choose the ‘Gift This Deal’ option instead of the Buy It Now! button. You can choose to send it by email to the recipient or you can print it yourself and give it to them in person.
My name is on the gift voucher, can I still give it to someone else?
The voucher should be redeemed by the person whose name is on the voucher, but some businesses may accept to transfer the coupon. We suggest you call the service provider
I purchased an offer as a gift and I don’t see it under My Purchases in my account. Why?
Gifts can be found under a different section of your account. You will find them under My Gifts.

How does referring someone benefit me?
Whenever you share your personal sharing link with others and they purchase the deal, you’ll get a $5 in credits towards your next purchase! There’s no limit on the money you can earn, so keep sharing! Please note that you can only refer new clients, you can’t get credits for existing clients.
When will I get my referral credits?
Once the offer has ended, the credit will be applied into your account if your friend had purchased directly from your unique link and if your friend is not already a subscribed user.
I have referred a friend and didn’t receive my credit. Why?
Security measures prevent multiple purchases from the same computer to get reference credits. To get the credits, your friend has to be a new user and needs to use your personal link when purchasing. If your friend viewed the offer through the referral link, but purchased it at la later time by accessing the site directly (or by an internet search), the credit cannot be applied to your account. If none of these situations applies, you can contact us at email@example.com.
How do I access my account?
Visit http://www.themegacatch.com/. Select the ‘Login’ link located in the top right of the website. In the left section called ‘Log to your Account’, type your email address and password. Your account menu will appear in the top navigation menu when you click on ‘My Account’.
Is my personal information safe?
I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you’re experiencing some difficulty, you can always click on ‘Forgot your password’ on the login page and then it will prompt you to enter your email address. An email will then be sent to the email address that you entered with a new password to use. You can simply copy and paste the information.
How do I change my email address or my password?
If you’ve grown tired of your old password, you can change it anytime by logging onto your profile and go to ‘My Account’.
Why does it say that I don’t have an account?
Perhaps you’ve only signed up to be notified for new deals. If there is no actual user account set up, please access The Mega Catch homepage to create your own user account.
How can I unsubscribe?
If for some reason you don’t want to catch our deals anymore, you can follow this link http://www.themegacatch.com/alertsUnSubscribe.action. Be sure to come back and check the site to see if some deals will catch your eye! Should you be subscribed to receiving alerts from more than one city or region, you can unsubscribe to specific markets by accessing your online profile: simply uncheck the markets you’d like to unsubscribe from.
